Website service terms

1. The two packages
- Website: $990 one-off setup, then $79 a month.
- Website + Its All Sorted: $990 one-off setup, then $99 a month. This includes an Its All Sorted subscription for your business for as long as you stay on this package.
You can switch between the two at any time. Consider It Sorted isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added.
2. What the $990 setup covers
- Your website, up to 5 pages, designed around your business
- Quote and question forms that send to your email
- Your Facebook business page and Google Business Profile, set up
- Your domain registered for you, in your business name using your ABN, with the first year included, then connected with security (the padlock) switched on
- Three rounds of changes. The first round happens on your free homepage mockup.
3. Rounds of changes
- For each round, send us one list with everything you'd like changed.
- Fixing our own mistakes never counts as a round.
- Extra rounds, or changes outside what we agreed, are quoted before we start.
4. When you pay
- The free mockup and the first round of changes cost nothing. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
- The $990 setup is due when you tell us to go ahead and build the full site.
- The monthly fee starts when your site goes live, and is paid monthly in advance.
- Once the build has started, the setup fee isn't refundable.
5. What the monthly fee covers
- Hosting and security, with every version of your site saved
- If anything breaks, we fix it fast
- Small changes, up to 30 minutes each month: new photos, prices, services, opening hours or contact details. Unused time doesn't carry over to the next month.
- Help by email. We reply within 2 business days.
Anything bigger, like a new page, a new section or a redesign, is quoted before we start.
6. What costs extra
- Extra pages past the first five
- Bigger changes and redesigns
- Logo design
- Google Ads and paid search work
- Your domain renewal each year after the first, passed on at cost (the price depends on the domain)
7. It's yours
- Your domain is registered in your business name, so it's always yours. We renew it with your OK each year.
- Your words, photos and logo stay yours. Please only send us material you have the right to use.
- You own your Facebook page and Google Business Profile. We're added as a manager to help.
8. Leaving
- There's no lock-in contract. Give us 30 days notice by email to stop.
- When you leave, we hand over your website files, and your domain stays with you.
- If you're on Website + Its All Sorted and leave, Its All Sorted can carry on at its normal price, or stop.
9. Price changes
If we ever change the monthly price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies.
